    后北京冬奧時代我國“體教融合”培養冰雪運動人才模式的思考

      摘 要:針對我國后北京冬奧時期與“體教融合”特色模式的良性時代變革,探究谷愛凌成長歷程對“體教融合”人才培養模式的借鑒,為我國冰雪運動人才培養提供創新治理理念和策略。新時代“體教融合”人才培養模式雖然取得了一定的成績,但依然面臨著政府部門間深化合作不足、社會體育資源匱乏、運動員文化素養缺失等一系列難題。將“谷愛凌現象”合理應用于我國“體教融合”下的冰雪運動人才培養模式,克服現存阻滯條件,以堅持統一體系為導向,深化體教融合中不同利益主體的合作;建立及擴充社會體育組織,構建互聯互通人才培養模式,為加快我國建設體育強國和培養優秀體育人才提供依據。

      Reflections on the "Integration of Sports and Education" in my country to TrainIce and Snow Sports Talents in the Post-Winter Olympics Era
      ――Take the Gu Ailing Phenomenon as an Example

      Abstract:Aiming at the benign era change of the post-Winter Olympics period in Beijing and the characteristic mode of "integration of sports and education",this paper explores the reference of Gu Ailing's growth process to the talent training model of "integration of sports and education",and provides a new governance concept for the training of ice and snow sports talents in my country. Strategy. Although the talent training model of "integration of sports and education" in the new era has achieved certain achievements,it still faces a series of problems such as insufficient deepening of cooperation between government departments,lack of social sports resources,and lack of athletes' cultural literacy. Apply the "Gu Ailing Phenomenon" reasonably to the talent training model for ice and snow sports under the "integration of sports and education" in my country,overcome the existing obstacles,adhere to a unified system as the guide,deepen the cooperation of different stakeholders in the integration of sports and education,and establish an expanded society. Sports organizations and the establishment of an interconnected talent training model provide an important way to speed up my country's construction of a strong sports country and cultivate outstanding sports talents.

      1 引言
      在2022年北京冬W會中,最讓世人為之驚艷的莫過于橫空出世的00后天才滑雪少女谷愛凌,在三登自由式滑雪女子大跳臺、女子U型場地技巧和坡面障礙技巧比賽中,從容斬獲2金1銀,成為我國歷史上首位獲得女子雪上項目金牌的運動員。細尋谷愛凌的成長軌跡,便可知她的成功絕非偶然。谷愛凌2003年出生于美國,在其母親谷燕(北京人,畢業于北京大學和斯坦福大學,滑雪教練員)的影響下,3歲便開始接觸滑雪,9歲就獲得了美國少兒組滑雪冠軍,13歲奪得第一個全美成年組比賽冠軍,14歲便拿到9個全美冠軍。隨著北京申辦冬奧會成功后,谷愛凌宣布加入中國國籍并代表中國出戰北京冬奧會。加入中國國籍以來,谷愛凌在短短的兩年內便代表中國隊奪得11枚金牌,特別是獲得2020年洛桑冬季青年奧林匹克運動會自由式滑雪女子U型池、大跳臺冠軍;2021年世錦賽自由式滑雪女子U型場地、坡面障礙技巧冠軍。除去滑雪運動員身份,谷愛凌提前一年修完高中所有學業,順利畢業并參加全美SAT考試,以1 580分近乎滿分的成績考入世界名校斯坦福大學,這個分數相當于超過了全世界99.8%的考生。在學習和賽場外,谷愛凌琴棋書畫也樣樣都略有涉獵,還曾參加過中國的聲樂比賽,還在15歲開始進軍時尚圈擔任模特,目前已接下“路易威登”“蒂凡尼”等一眾奢侈品牌代言,登上雜志封面不計其數[1]。由此,“谷愛凌現象”誕生,她近乎完美的成功之路讓無數人在視她為全民偶像的同時,也不禁開始思考究竟如何才能實現“谷愛凌現象”這樣理想化般的體教融合,延伸到諸如國家體制、人才選拔培養、性別賦能、學校教育、家庭教育等方面的一系列探討。
